E-Health - Der ganzheitliche Kongress

Concept

The aim of this congress is to provide you with an overview on mid- and long-term trends in e-health and not only to understand the possibilities but also the risks and limitations. Not daily politics and current technology buzz words but a holistic overview on information technologies in healthcare - this is what this congress is about.

On our first day we will examine why information is so crucial, especially in healthcare. We will try to understand how the human brain and the computer are transferring data into knowledge and how we can distribute this knowledge and make it accessible within our organizations.

The second day focuses on technologies. We will learn how to mine our growing data repositories, how to design systems that are really usable and how interoperability of these systems can be achieved. Furthermore we will discuss data protection.
